Sucessful residential camps have been part of the performance development of gymnasts from the City of Birmingham Gymnastics Club. This years long awaited camp has returned after a three year gap. Over the week the Twenty eight hours of intensive training proved a huge sucess.

Twenty four gymnasts and six coaches were brought together in the Munrow Sports Centre to work in a highly motivated and inspirated atmoshpere. The week was further enhanced by the presence of former British Gymnastics World Class Choreographer, Daniela Nanova who brought two and a half days of much needed and much appreciated choreographic expertise.
