30 Weeks into the build: concentration is now on all internal blockwork partitioning; this stage of the development is 85% complete and some plastering will also begin. Work will also begin on the sloping bio-diversable roof (living greenspace) which sits above the main entrance and will blend in with the surrounding enbankment to the left of the building frontage.

All mechanical and electrical works are on schedule. 1st fix carpentry, timber floors and internal roof to viewing gallery will all begin over the next four week period

No time has been lost due to bad weather so everything is still on schedule.
